Event Workforce Group teams up with the Resilience Project to get mentally healthy
Event Workforce Group is teaming up with the Resilience Project with the aim of ensuring that our workforce and event industry professionals remain mentally healthy this events season. This new venture harnesses Event Workforce Group’s long-term position in event workforce placement and the Resilience Project’s ability to give event students and professionals the opportunity to build resilience and happiness through positive mental health strategies.
EWG has already provided a team of Workforcers to help deliver the Melbourne and Sydney live shows, in kind for providing selected team members with discounted tickets and ‘free’ Resilience Project app downloads.
Event Workforce group Co-founder, Bennett Merriman shares his passion in this space, stating that “It is our hope that this pairing can ultimately help all event professionals and EWG Workforcers achieve their goals this events season, all the while remaining healthy and happy throughout this stressful time of the year.”
The Resilience Project delivers emotionally engaging programs to schools, sports clubs and businesses, by providing practical, evidence-based, positive mental health strategies to build resilience and happiness. It aims to teach positive mental health strategies to help people become happier. Through presentations, wellbeing journals, school curriculum, teacher diaries and their amazing app, the Resilience Project seek to help all Australians become mentally healthy.
